- The FineTest Lysis Buffer produced is a traditional rapid lyse solution for tissue cells.Protein samples obtained by Finetest Lysis Buffer can be used for routine PAGE, Western, immunoprecipitation (IP), co-IP, and ELISA. This product can be used on animal, plant cell or tissue samples, also can be used on fungal or bacterial samples. The main components are 50mM Tris(pH 7.4), 150mM NaCl, 1% Triton X-100, 1%Sodium Deoxycholate, 0.1% SDS, EDTA, NaF, Sodium Orthovanadate.When using this lysate, the user can add specific inhibitors or not according to the specific purpose. Protein samples obtained by FineTest Lysis Buffer can use FineTest BCA protein assay kit (K001) to measure protein concentration.Due to the high concentration of detergent, the protein concentration of the sample obtained from the FineTest Lysis Buffer cannot be determined by Bradford method.

How long is an opened kit stable?
It depends on the component. The Kit Components table on this page lists the storage condition for each item after opening.
What should I do if the shipment arrives warm?
Photograph the package and contact us the same day. Do not use the kit until we have confirmed it is still within specification.

My background is too high. What should I check?
The usual causes are insufficient washing, contaminated buffers, or too much detection antibody. Our Protocol pages cover the full troubleshooting sequence.
Can I run fewer wells than the kit provides?
Yes. Dismountable microplates let you use part of a plate and reseal the rest with the desiccant supplied.
